If you have any issue with your custom embroidered or printed Patch Brigade item, a return, or damaged item, please include your contact info or order # and a description of your issue. Exchanged or returns will be allowed 30 days after purchase date.
1. You may exchange a product for up to 30 days upon original purchase.
2. We may ask for you to e-mail a picture of the item and it’s condition.
3. Returns must be original / sell-able condition.
4. Refund will be giving back to the original method of payment.
5. Patch Brigade will pay the shipping for any damaged or manufacture defective products that are our fault
Return shipping of accidental purchases or unwanted items will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We will contact you back ASAP with a resolution to your issue.
